Solar Electric

Available for Supported Equipment

Production figures appear for supported platforms once your system is connected. Some manufacturers do not release production data to servicing companies at all, and those systems show equipment records and documents instead of live figures.

Battery Backup

Available for Supported Equipment

State of charge, capacity and backup configuration appear for supported platforms once your system is connected. Not every battery platform releases live data to a servicing company, and those systems show equipment records and service history instead.

How solar monitoring works, and why it stops

Coming Soon

Meet SunTroller

SunTroller is a temperature monitor being developed to put a set of eyes on supported solar pool heating and solar water heating systems.

It reads four temperatures: the pool, the hot water line, the cold water line and the ambient air. Those readings are also viewable from the servicing office, so when the numbers say a system is not doing its job there is an alert and somebody looking at it, rather than silence until the next utility bill.

It is a monitor, not a controller. SunTroller does not switch your pump, move a valve or change a setting. It measures, it reports, and it raises a flag.
